14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are included in this window.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at https://account.thetinytote.store, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is processed.

Returning Items After notifying us, you must return the items promptly. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will refund your original payment — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions Certain items may not be eligible for return, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
